Background
It is very hot outside and so i decide not to cook at home. I has no means but to walk around to look for the delicious food to get myself full up. After several months of revocation and decoration works, it reopen recently and so i decide to dine out here.
Location
Normal people cannot find the exact location except those who live nearby. It is not difficult to figure out this phenomenon as i stay in this restaurant near one hour.

Traditional setting. Fair decoration. Fair design which symbolise the cost-price value is high?

I have ordered i. 雙雪南北杏燉豬展(Soap); ii. 蜜味脆皮牛楠(Crispy beef brisket); iii) 鴻哥小炒王(Hung gor style mixed stir fry with chives); IV) 蓮偶餅 (Lotus root patties).
The most delicious cuisine is 鴻哥小炒王 Hung gor style mixed stir fry with chives. Being a must-order cuisine, different kind of fresh vegetables mixed well together to let it become very refreshing and tasty.
The rating following Hung gor style mixed stir fry with chive is 雙雪南北杏燉豬展(Soap). It tastes sweety by pouring lots of ingredients into it and boil them several hours. No MSG is added which further enhance its flavour. It is suggested that the soap should be drunken instantly and if otherwise, it loses its flavour.

Later, there is 七味脆皮牛楠(Crispy beef brisket). It is a special cuisine but average rating is suggested.
Finally, they serve me 蓮偶餅 (Lotus root patties). Although its textures is good, it obviously can taste everywhere.
I have something to do suddenly after start eating for one hour. Hope I can try next time as there are many high cp value restaurants nearby.

天氣熱得厲害,決定不在家中煮飯

餐廳位置
位處於內街,普通人不易發覺,除非是附近的街坊,在內逗留了一小時,不難發覺這個現象。

很是平民化的感覺,普通裝修,普通設計,揭示著性價比之高?

沿著平民化的特色,評分是中等。:)
食物方面
折騰了一陣子,點了1)雙雪南北杏燉豬展;2)七味脆皮牛楠;3)鴻哥小炒王;4)蓮偶餅。

,這個不可不點。新鮮的韮菜配合芽菜,十分爽口
加上魷魚乾
,十分香口
,吃下去每一啖也是鑊氣!





僅次小炒王的評分是雙雪南北杏燉豬展
,這個作為一個湯,十分清甜。「雙雪」是指雪梨和雪耳
,豬肚,南北杏,加上聲稱不含味精,十分好喝
️但建議立即飲用,因為一旦放了很長時間,會有很「潔」的感覺。



然後有七味脆皮牛楠,有特色,但味道正正常常。
最後有蓮藕餅,啖啖肉,十分平凡。
吃了一陣子突然有事要做,故急急腳離開,希望下次有機會再來,畢竟附近也有很多平民餐廳
